You are designing, Great thing...😎 First thing that I want to tell make clear is that, "Drawing is not necessary to design something."  i.e. you need not to be creative, creativity can be induced. Why design? A lot of ideas appear in your mind regarding designs like this could have been better this way but we just let it go. Sometimes new ideas popup we just ignore them. To explore this undefined boundaries of your creativity and to reach beyond the limits of general train you need to be creative. Just in fact that you haven't explored your creativity.
